NovAd uses credits for AI-generated product video ads. Failed renders are refunded automatically, so credits are used for completed videos. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled from Billing. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of each credit period; credit pack validity is shown on each pack.
Can I buy credits without a subscription?
One-time credit packs do not start a new subscription. Some packs require an eligible membership; check the requirement shown on each pack.
